Growing up with six siblings on a mountain farm called “Perlungerhof” high above Brixen, with a stunning view of the Dolomites, I felt the call of the mountains from an early age – I wanted to climb every peak I could see from our home. The view from the top has always been my inner drive – a symbol of freedom and adventure. Professionally, I set out into the world as a programmer. Working with people from different countries and cultures has always fascinated and inspired me. Maybe that’s one reason why I’m now a proud adoptive father of two wonderful children from India. As a hiking guide and certified IML (International Mountain Leader), I lead people mindfully through nature under the motto “Mindful Hiking.” My tours combine movement, stillness, and conscious experience – an art we’ve lost somewhere between busy schedules and smartphones – an invitation to bring body, mind, and nature back into balance. And yes, there’s always plenty of laughter! Meeting new people and cultures is exciting, fun, and enriching – for everyone involved, and especially for me!
